Description
NxtGen looking for a Front-End Developer to join the mobile applications development team. You will be responsible for developing NxtGen mobile applications using Flutter framework with Dart programming language. Working closely with UK team as well as the technical lead, the Front-End Developer is responsible for developing cross platform mobile application that meets business and client expectations. Responsibilities
- At least 1+ years of commercial experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming.
- At least 2+ years of commercial experience with cross platform, mobile development basedfront-end technologiessuch as Android, Kotlin, React Native or Swift.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programmingas well as hybrid frameworks such as Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin or similar.
- A working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies is also essential.
- Experience in working with RESTful webservices and transforming UI designs into code from scratch.
- Demonstrable knowledge of at least one of software development methodology (Agile Kanban/Scrum, Agile SAFe) and structured approaches to development. Capable of working to strict deadlines.
- You will bepassionate about working on cutting-edge technology, within a collaborative team and all towards a centralised mission to make product meet business requirements.
- Understands DevOps culture and develop software with CI/CD pipeline in-mind.
- Has energy, self-motivated, pro-active and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before asked by others. Enthusiasm to constantly motivate the team with experience in working in cross locations structure.
- Working with the other teams in taking up initiatives appropriate to the business and the team.
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications
- 1st class honors degree in Computers or similar*
- Any formal Programming qualifications.
Experience Significant
- Significant technical contribution to several software development projects using relevant technologies*
- 2+ years’ experience in Front-end technologies*
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills*
- Experience of SDLC & Agile Methodologies (Kanban/Scrum/SAFe)*
- Experience in at least one or more following languages: Dart, Java Script, Swift, Javaor Kotlin.*
- Experience in at least one or more following frameworks: Flutter,Android, Kotlin,React Native, Ionic or Xamarin.*
- Git, Jenkins, JIRA, IntelliJ, CI/CD
- REST full Web Services, Micro Services, Native apps and Cloud Technologies
